Today I'm talking about taking time off.
I can take time off and have my business still run online and be fully operational. Sure, the client work doesn't get done, but prospects come in, get nurtured, and book sales calls without me doing anything.
Here are the things that have helped me to get to this point:
1. My website.
It serves as a landing page for all and answers a lot of the questions that people would ask me before they even ask. It also encourages people to sign up to my email list and brings new eyes in with SEO.
2. My email list.
Depending on how you got onto this list/when, you may have gotten a series of emails that talked about who I am and what I do. These help build connection and establish what these weekly emails are all about.
I also schedule out all my emails so that it's done ahead of time. I wrote this one last Friday because I took yesterday off. This helps me not feel stressed to get content out.
3. My automations.
Dubsado has been my new pal. I have Dubsado set up so that the contracts, questionnaires, and invoices are all automated. It's basically my virtual assistant that's very very virtual.
4. Later.
Later is a scheduling app for social media. I queue up my content ahead of time so I don't have to think about it. This content goes to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. It's easy peasy.
With all of these automations and systems in place, people book calls with me without even talking to me. They find me one way or another and then get to learn about me without a sales call. And IT WORKS. So if you're interested in getting some systems like this set up, book a call with me here.
