Your Business Is Only As Strong as Your Technology

If you are spending hours a week troubleshooting your website and responding to upset customers about the state of your technology, it is holding you back.

Are you working for your tech, or is your tech working for you?

If you are working for your technology, you are likely stressed out and your systems are not supporting you. If your tech is working for you, the opposite is happening.

Some areas that technology can serve you:

  • lead capture

  • automatic reply

  • scheduling

  • marketing

  • invoicing/billing

  • contracts

  • FAQs

  • and more!

The truth is, most of my clients are not tech gurus. They are entrepreneurs trying to run a business but are overwhelmed by the amount of tech problem-solving that is required.

What I’ve noticed is that business owners tend to fall into one of two groups: the tech DIY-er and the tech avoider. To illustrate this further, I’ve put together a quiz that you can take here to learn which one you are.

Regardless of where you are at, if you are a business owner that isn’t in the tech industry, you shouldn’t be DIYing your tech. The technology of a business is one of the most important parts of a business. Unfortunately, it often goes overlooked. But the tech can really make or break a business.

Your technology SHOULD work for you, NOT the other way around.
